What is IMGLAD

Iskandar Malaysia Graduate Leadership Assessment and Development (IMGLAD) is a collaboration between Iskandar Malaysia Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Research Centre (IMREC) and Deloitte.

The IMGLAD employability programme incorporates Deloitte’s innovative leadership development curriculum that equips graduates with core employability skills and subsequently successful work placement.

Based on the Deloitte Graduate Leadership Assessment and Development (DGLAD) programme; IMGLAD has been developed jointly with Deloitte UK principals ensuring the highest standards are maintained in respect to design and delivery. Similar to the highly successful Deloitte Employability Initiative in the UK, learning does not take place through traditional classroom lectures; rather it is delivered through practical exercises, role-play and simulations that mimic employment and workplace situations.
